If you are dissatisfied with our service, or any of our products that we have sold to you, we would like to hear about it. We want to give you the personal customer service we are known for, but sometimes things go wrong.

When we receive your complaint, we will contact you to try to resolve your complaint, as soon as possible, in a fairly manner. If you would prefer to submit your complaint anonymously you can do so too.
